    Partner

    Dan (AARLA) brings over 10 years of experience in property management, with a strong track record of overseeing residential portfolios and delivering dependable results for clients. He specialises in lettings, portfolio management, tenant relations, and asset performance, always taking a structured, solutions-focused approach.

    At the heart of Dan’s work is a commitment to building long-term client relationships. He believes successful property management is about more than processes — it’s about trust, clear communication, and consistently meeting expectations. Client satisfaction guides every decision, ensuring portfolios are managed efficiently while fostering strong professional partnerships.

    Dan also plays a key role in ensuring Lambourn Estates operates with integrity, accountability, and a clear focus on protecting and enhancing client assets.

  • Patrick Ramsay

    Partner

    Patrick (CIAT) brings over 15 years of architectural experience, with extensive involvement in development management and asset optimisation across a broad range of residential and commercial projects.

    Drawing on his technical expertise in delivering projects from concept through to completion, he has a strong understanding of design, the planning process, construction, and the economic drivers that underpin successful development. He incorporates sustainable design principles where appropriate, ensuring projects are both commercially robust and responsibly conceived.

    Patrick focuses on identifying opportunities that enhance functionality and maximise long-term value across Lambourn Estates clients’ portfolios.

  • Nigel Radbourne

    Partner

    Nigel (MRICS) brings over 30 years of experience in residential investment acquisitions and disposals, with extensive expertise spanning single-asset transactions through to large-scale portfolios advising both Plc’s and Family Seats as well as individuals.

    The focus being identifying and securing investments that attract long term rental and capital growth and handling each transaction from the initial viewing through to legal completion whilst liaising with solicitors, surveyors, valuers, insurers and contractors during the process. He has consistently delivered opportunities that have both protected capital and maximised returns. Nigel has experience of working with many residential asset classes including Assured Shorthold Tenancies (to be replaced with Assured Periodic Tenancies), Protected/Rent Act/Regulated Tenancies, Life Tenancies and Ground Rent investments.

    His depth of experience provides Lambourn Estates and its clients with solid guidance and confidence across every stage of the investment process.
