We take compliance seriously. Our property management services operate fully in accordance with all current housing and lettings legislation. We are committed to protecting our landlords, tenants, and clients by maintaining robust procedures, transparent documentation, and strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
Client money is held in designated accounts, deposits are protected within government-approved schemes, and we maintain appropriate insurances to safeguard all parties. We also belong to an independent redress scheme, ensuring fairness and accountability in everything we do.

Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS)
Lambourn Estates are members of the TDS Insured Scheme which is a Government approved tenancy deposit protection service. Under this scheme, we hold the deposit in a designated deposit account and register the deposit with the TDS. The funds are insured for the duration of the tenancy and at the end, in the unfortunate event of a dispute over any proposed deductions, the TDS offer a free Alternative Dispute Resolution service.
The Property Ombudsman (TPO)
Lambourn Estates are members of The Property Ombudsman which is the best known Government approved redress scheme. Our membership assists us with compliance to legal requirements, builds consumer trust and demonstrates our commitment to high standards. It provides a free, independent, and impartial dispute resolution service that helps avoid any issues becoming complaints.

Propertymark
Lambourn Estates are members of Propertymark which is the UK’s leading professional body for property agents. It represents and regulates estate agents, letting agents, commercial agents, and auctioneers across the United Kingdom. Propertymark sets professional standards as members must follow strict rules of conduct, comply with legislation, and meet qualification requirements. They also provide training and qualifications, and ensure compliance as members are monitored regularly to ensure they meet their legal obligations.
Client Money Protection (CMP)
Lambourn Estate are members of the Propertymark Client Money Protection scheme which is a government-approved scheme that protects landlords’ and tenants’ money when it is handled by a Propertymark member. For landlords and tenants, CMP provides financial security, legal compliance assurance and confidence that their money is protected. CMP is mandatory for letting and property management agents under the Client Money Protection Schemes for Property Agents (Requirement to Belong to a Scheme etc.) Regulations 2019.
